DeprecationWarning: Non-ASCII character '\xd1' in file fastmon.py on line 4, but no encoding declared; see http://www.python.org/peps/pep-0263.html f

Решается добавлением в самый верх файла под строкой #!/usr/bin/python строки:

# -*- coding: utf-8 -*-
